We spent 5 years in R&D to perfect our odor treatment making it effective in eradicating odor. From cigarette smoke, curry, pet or dead body odors, our treatment will not cover up the smell, but eradicate the biological contaminates creating the odor, in turn eliminating the odor itself.

A lot of other companies use a spinning brush type cleaning method, but that doesn’t take care of the odor, just the dust and dirt. Others will use chemical spray, but without scrubbing the duct work, the contaminate will remain, just covered with chemical. Our process is more in depth than either of these.

We will begin by cleaning and sanitizing using our normal Region-Specific Cleaning Method
(hyperlink?). This includes all vent and return covers, supply ductwork, returns and air handlers.

After our primary clean and sanitization, we then scrub in our 3-part odor treatment.
This unique odor treatment is comprised of an encapsulant, a smoke-odor counteractant and a proprietary solution blended in just the right proportions to be most effective. This directly
treats and removes the biological contaminates that are causing the odor as it gets scrubbed
throughout all ductwork, returns and air handler.
